9. Validated Rp - Hplc Method for the Estimation of Flucloxacillin Sodium in Tablet Formulations

A simple, selective, linear, precise and accurate RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for rapid assay of Flucloxacillin Sodium in Bulk and Pharmaceutical tablet Formulation. Isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min was employed on symmetry Bondpeak C18 10 µm (3.9 x 300 mm) at ambient temperature. The mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile: 0.0.1M Phosphate buffer in the ratio of 35:65/v/v. The UV detection wavelength was 273nm and 10µl sample was injected.

10. A Review on Stability Studies of Pharmaceutical Products

Stability studies are a routine procedure for ensuring the maintenance of pharmaceutical product safety, quality and efficacy throughout the shelf life. These pharmaceutical products are followed by the guidelines issued by Regulatory bodies like ICH, WHO or other regulatory agencies. Stability testing provides evidence that the quality of a drug product under the influence of various environmental factors changes with time.

11. Self-emulsifying Drug Delivery System: a Novel Drug Delivery Systems

In modern drug discovery techniques, there has been a consistent increase in the number of poor water soluble drug candidate compounds, and currently more than 50% of new pharmacologically active chemical entities are lipophilic and exhibit poor water solubility. Self-emulsifying drug delivery (SEDDS) is the one of the method for the improvement of oral bioavailability. SEDDS are the isotropic mixtures of oils, surfactants, solvents and co-solvents.
