01. Polyesters From Reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic Acid and Group V-containing Dihalides and Their Preliminary and Comparative Ability to Inhibit Cancer Cell Growth

Group VA-containing polyesters are formed from the interfacial polymerization of the Group VA triphenylmetal dihalides with the salt of 3,5-pyridenedicarboxylic acid. Yield and molecular weight decrease as the size of the metal atom increases.

06. Fabrication and Comparative Charcateriztion of Antihypertensive Agent by Solid Dispersion and Complexation

Azilsartan medoxomil is [(5-methyl-2-oxo-1, 3-dioxol-4-yl) methyl 2-ethoxy-1-{[2'-(5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)biphenyl-4- yl]methyl}-1H-benzimidazole-7-carboxylate] with a molecular weight of 568.5 g/mol. It is a selective AT1 subtype angiotensin II receptor blocker and is indicated for the treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.

08. New Validated HPLC Method for the Estimation of Bromazepam in Pharmaceutical Formulation

A simple, selective, linear, precise and accurate RP-HPLC method was developed and validated for Bromazepam in Bulk and Pharmaceutical tablet Formulation. Isocratic elution at a flow rate of 1ml/min was employed on symmetry Kromasil C18 column 250 x 4.6 mm ID with 5  at ambient temperature.
